Terms and Conditions of Payment
The Customer shall pay the amount of the total purchase price for the Goods purchased (including any applicable taxes, labour charges and transportation costs) by using various payment methods. The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. New Yew Seng (KL) Sdn Bhd, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time.

Refund Policy
In the event order cancellation before 24 hour of expected delivery date, payment is refundable within 14 days. The refund is subjected to the total deduction of administrative fees and finance charges (3%).
In the event order cancellation after shipment has arranged, New Yew Seng (KL) Sdn Bhd shall be entitled to impose transportation charges with maximum of RM500.00 (local delivery) to the Customer. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees (3%) and transportation charges will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery
Goods delivered is non-returnable.
